Calling all PPEA members! Representative Assembly is the annual meeting of local Associations within the Pikes Peak UniServ Unit. During this assembly, member representatives make decisions that shape the coming year. We urge and expect delegates from every PPEA local to attend and vote. 

Here’s what happens at RA:

1. PPEA Officers are elected to the Executive Committee
   1. Open seats this year: President, Treasurer, Representative for Equity Council (all are 2 year terms)
   2. Please inform MaryAnn Barrett ([email protected]) of your intent to run no later than Monday, April 27th.
2. PPEA Constitution and Bylaws are amended, if applicable.
   1. Amendments must be submitted by April 11, 2026
   2. Current documents can be found on our website pikespeakea.org
3. Annual Proposed Operating Budget is adopted
4. Membership Awards are presented.

Only elected delegates are eligible to vote at the Representative Assembly. Please notify your local president or PPEA if you are interested in being a delegate. Elected local delegate names must be submitted by May 1, 2026 to [email protected].

We hope to see you at this year’s Representative Assembly! It’s a great time. We’ll share catered food and beverages, mingle with local members from across the Pikes Peak Region, and celebrate the shared work we’ve been doing over the last year.
