Are you feeling energized by the District 11 teachers’ strike? Are you interested in growing or sharpening your skills as an organizer? If so, we’ve got just the event for you! 

Local members from PPEA and CSEA are partnering with the Workers Solidarity Project to put on an all-day skills workshop based on the LaborNotes training series “Secrets of a Successful Organizer.” In this teacher-specific version of Secrets, we will learn how to build your local’s leadership while fighting apathy and how to use structured organizing to grow capacity and engagement within rank-and-file membership. 

Who: Any and all members of PPEA and CSEA. All experience levels welcome to join.

When: Saturday, November 8th 9am-5pm
