Educator voice matters — and right now, there’s an important opportunity for all educators to be heard through the TLCC (Teaching and Learning Conditions in Colorado Survey) Survey. This statewide survey gathers feedback directly from educators about working and learning conditions in our schools, and the results are used by schools and districts to guide real improvement efforts.

While the survey is not a union survey, it is supported by the Colorado Education Association (CEA), and strong participation is essential. The more educators who complete it, the more accurate and useful the data will be for building leaders, district teams, and educators themselves.

All educators are encouraged to take the survey before it closes on February 23. If you have questions or need access information, please check with your building representative or your building administrator.

You can learn more about the survey here.

Let’s make sure educator perspectives are fully represented. Your voice helps shape better teaching and learning conditions for everyone.
